Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of veterinary drugs for large animals to the units of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - description of the subject of the order.
3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers in accordance with art. 99 section 5 Pzp, art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, however, the requirements and technical parameters specified by the Ordering Party defining the subject of the order are minimum conditions that the Ordering Party will expect to be met. The contractor who relies on equivalent solutions is obliged to do so demonstrate that the solution he offers meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. In such a case, the Contractor attaches to the offer a list of equivalent solutions together with its description or standards. The criterion for assessing an equivalent offer is the presence and weight of active substances in the product preparation.
4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to place orders for larger or smaller quantities of a given product than those listed in Annex No 1 to SWZ, or not purchasing a given item at all. Failure of the Ordering Party to purchase goods in any scope (quantitative). the assortment), is not the basis for the Contractor to submit any claims against the Ordering Party. Nevertheless, the Ordering Party estimates that it will purchase 40% of the specified assortment according to Annex 1.
