Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the successive delivery of construction gravel 0 16 mm in 2026.2. The place of delivery is the registered office of the ordering party, i.e. Siemiatycze, ul. Armii Krajowej 26 (concrete plant).3. Hayed aggregate (must comply with the harmonized PN-EN standard 12620+A1:2010 and PN-EN 13242+A1:2010) will be used for the production of concrete for construction purposes and other uses, as well as for the production of prefabricated elements.4. The order covers the supply of a minimum of 4,000 Mg and a maximum of 7,000 Mg aggregates.5. The aggregate will be weighed on a scale located at the Ordering Party's headquarters.6. Successive deliveries will be made throughout the year using self-unloading vehicles with a capacity of 22-27 tons, after prior telephone confirmation.7. For every delivery made The contractor must attach an appropriate declaration of performance, a system for assessing and verifying constancy of performance 4.
