Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of winter tires.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 5 to SWZ and Chapter XIX SWZ.
3 with the parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract and in the description of the offer evaluation criteria.
4. The Purchaser accepts equivalent evidence in question if they confirm that the offered assortment meets the features and criteria specified by the Employer.
