Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of work and protective clothing and shoes (Part A) for the needs of the Silesian Park. Gen. Jerzy Zitek S.A. in Chorzów for 2026.2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for one or more two parts.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in the OPZ constituting Annex No. 3 to SWZ.4. Additional conditions for the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ).5. The ordering party requires the submission of the funds in question (along with the offer). evidentiary.6. Together with the offer, the contractor submits labels/certificates (attestations/data sheets) confirming the parameters indicated in the OPZ, instructions for use of the product, EU or EC declarations of conformity confirming the requirements of the referenced standards, declarations of conformity with Poland Standard PN-P-84525 Work clothes Work clothes for work clothes, product catalog cards, warranty cards, size tables, other documents not mentioned in the above list and in the description of the subject of the order, confirming quality and safety and compliance with applicable Polish and European regulations.
