Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of work/protective clothing and work/protective footwear, hereinafter referred to as the assortment, for the needs of the organizational units of the University of Gdańsk.2. Zamwie Common Vocabulary Classification Code (CPV): 18100000-0 (professional clothing, special work clothing and accessories), 18830000-6 (safety footwear).3. The concept of successive delivery should be understood as placing partial orders in stages (in various quantities) based on individual orders placed electronically by The Ordering Party's representative indicated in the contract and the order resulting from the Allocation Table.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ Subject and price form.5. Detailed implementation guidelines, such as data personnel of the Ordering Party's employees (maximum 500 people), assignment of the size of clothing/footwear, employment unit, expiry date of clothing/footwear are determined by the Table of Allocation of Work/Protective Clothes and Work/Protective Footwear, hereinafter referred to as the Allocation Table, constitute an annex to the contract. 6.
