Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries (sales) of diesel oil to the headquarters of the Ordering Party, Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnych w Lubkowie sp. z o.o. from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The Ordering Party will also purchase gasoline and diesel oil at the Contractor's fuel stations. a. Great and scope of the order: the estimated quantities of ordered fuels are: Diesel oil in the amount of - 65,000 liters. Unleaded petrol PB 95 in the amount of - 400 liters. Requirements regarding the product of the subject of the order: The Contractor guarantees the quality of fuel in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations specified in the regulation Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended). The Contractor will be immediately notified by the Ordering Party of any irregularities resulting from the quality of the delivered (taken) fuel. The Contractor will be obliged to present documents and fuel quality certificates at the request of the Ordering Party.
