The subject of the procedure and order is selection Contractors in the scope of successive (batch) deliveries of reagents manufactured by Abcam, Antibodies.com, Proteintech, TargetMol for organizational units of the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum in Krakow, intended in particular for activities in the field of education, statutory, scientific, research and experimental and development activities. 1.1 Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds which the Ordering Party intended to be used to finance the contract, were not granted. 1.2 The subject of the order may be financed or co-financed, in particular from European Union funds or other funds obtained under projects or contracts or external programs or grants, etc., both currently implemented by the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum, as well as those implemented in the future. 1.3 A detailed description of the subject of the order including a quantitative list of reagents is specified Annex A to the SWZ, which is also a form for calculating the offer price.
