Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive, non-cash, 24-hour supply of means of transport, equipment and machines with motor fuels. 2. Estimated fuel demand during the order execution period: - diesel oil - 26,000 l - unleaded Pb95 gasoline - 3,000 l 3. Estimated fuel quantities engines given in SWZ are approximate values.4. Fuels must meet the requirements specified in the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended) and the technical and quality requirements specified in current legal acts. Polish Standard.5. The contractor is responsible for the quality of fuel.6. Implementation of the subject of the order: - The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor's gas stations be located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Suwaki. - Access to the Contractor's gas station from the Ordering Party's headquarters must be via public roads in accordance with road traffic regulations. - Order fulfillment is required 24 hours a day and every day of the week.
