1. Pursuant to art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of annulmentproceedings, if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance the contract, were not granted to him.
2. The subject of the contract may be financed or co -financed in particular from the European Union or other funds obtained under projects orcontracts or external programs or grants, etc., both currently implemented by the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum, as well as implemented in the future.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract containing the quantitative statement of reagents is set out in Annex A to SWZ, whichAt the same time, it is a formula for the offer price and the current catalog of the Qiagen manufacturer made available on the manufacturer's website, i.e. Sample to Insight - Qiagen, which contain reagents not included in Annex A to SWZ and covered by the subject of the contract. This description should be readAlong with any changes in SWZ content, which is e.g. the result of answers to contractors' questions.
