- Successive preparation of up to 100 appraisal reports regarding the valuation of real estate for the needs of the National Real Estate Resource, by December 31, 2027. Preparation of up to 100 appraisal reports concerning real estate for the needs of the National Real Estate Resource. The order will be processed in the period from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension by 3 months based on the ordered valuations of individual properties. The order consists of the preparation of up to 60 appraisal reports for the purpose of selling the property as a contribution in kind to social housing initiatives and contributing to a special purpose vehicle, as well as preparing up to 10 reports for purposes other than transfer in kind, i.e. sale, free transfer of real estate, putting into perpetual usufruct of real estate, exchange of real estate. In addition, the order includes the preparation of up to 30 estimates to determine the establishment fee confidentiality of transmission. the total number of reports concerns up to 100 properties.
