1. The subject of the order is the successive provision of catering services during the organization of various types of celebrations, scientific conferences and other types of meetings for the needs of the units of the Opole University of Technology, divided into: 1) Quantity-guaranteed order and described in detail in Annex No. 2a (total quantities for all the events below) and No. 3 to the SWZ, which provides for the implementation of the order for the following events: a) March 2026 - Job Fair; - Awarding of diplomas; - Meeting with advisors professional;- Certified first-level training for academic tutors;- Celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automation and Computer Science and the awarding of the title of honorary professor of the Opole University of Technology;- Women's Health Day; b) April 2026 - EPIC Conference;- Scientists' Fair;- If the Goat Didn't Jump Conference;c) May 2026 - Opole University of Technology Day;- Visit of the Polish Accreditation Committee for the field of Environmental Engineering;d) June 2026 - MentorMixe program ends September 2026 - A solemn meeting on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Library; f) October 2026 - Event of the Active Razem project; - Other...
