Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive provision of catering services and waiter service for the Silesian University of Technology. The service will be performed in Gliwice, Katowice, Rybnik and Zabrze and in facilities indicated by the Ordering Party at a distance of up to 50 km along the line. straight from the Ordering Party's registered office (according to the website http://wyzna.pl or another equivalent website). The ordering party provides for the possibility of providing catering services for the needs of participants of schools held in communes in the Silesian Voivodeship. The registered office of the Ordering Party is at: ul. Akademicka 2A, 44 100 Gliwice. Note: Part of the subject of the order may be financed from EU funds.2. Order completion date: successively from the Agreement Commencement Date for a period of 12 months or until the price is exhausted the agreement referred to in section 2 1 of the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, whichever comes first, subject to section 2. 8 point 1) and section 9 and 7 section 3 point 2) letter c) Draft Provisions of the Agreement.
