Description:
The subject of the order is: the successive provision of medical support services by a medical team together with an ambulance. Code of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 85142000 6 Paramedical services. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annexes No. 1, 1.1. , and No. 6 to the SWZ, i.e.: Offer form incl with the Price Specification and the Draft Provisions of the Agreement. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Justification: It is unreasonable to divide the order into parts due to obtaining a homogeneous assortment. The ordering party requires the submission of an offer for all required service items listed in Annex No. 1.1. to the SWZ. Whenever in this SWZ the subject of the contract is described with an indication of trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products delivered by a specific Contractor, if this could lead to privilege or elimination certain manufacturers or products, such indications are assumed to be accompanied by words or equivalents.
