Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive provision of post-warranty services of inspections, repairs, maintenance, calibration (adjustment) and calibration of ALCOSENSOR IV (IV CM) and AWAT A devices for testing alcohol content in exhaled air. 2.0. for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Łodźtoday, units of the Łodź garrison, the Łodź Department of the Police Internal Affairs Bureau and the Łodź Board of the Central Police Investigation Bureau.
2. The contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the bids, and then qualify the economic operator whose bid received the highest score, in terms ofthe end of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure (Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law).
3. Based on Article. 257 points 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer reserves the right to cancel the procedure
4. 95 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contractor/subcontractor obligesit is assumed that during the term of the contract he will be employed on the basis of an employment contract
