Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive provision of printing services for the needs of the Marshal's Office of the Greater Poland Voivodeship in Poznań in 2026. Printing (printing) services include in particular: preparation for printing, typesetting, editing, preparation of graphic design, proofreading, printing and delivery of materials to the place indicated in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as SOPZ) constituting Annex No. 4 to SWZ.2. The remaining conditions for the execution of the order and the detailed obligations of the Contractor regarding the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in the Draft Provisions. Agreement (hereinafter referred to as PPU), constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and in the SOPZ (Annex No. 4 to the SWZ).3. The quantities of products indicated in the individual items of the SOPZ are estimates and are used only to calculate the offer price.4. The offer submitted by the Contractor must cover the entire scope of the subject of the order, which was provided for in SWZ.5. Ordering party in accordance with Art. 95 section 1 and 2 of the Public Procurement Law, requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment relationship, persons performing activities related to the implementation of the subject of the order, who...
