The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in 24-hour security of the area and property located in the Culture Park in Powsin and protection of persons legally residing there.2. Due to the fact that the scope of the subject of the order will be provided in a public utility facility, an area where a large group of people may stay at one time, including minors and the elderly, employees employed in the implementation of the order in question must be characterized by high personal culture and the ability to provide first aid.3. Security must be provided 24 hours a day hours a day on all days of the week (including Sundays and holidays).
