Description:
The subject of the order is the successive provision of transport services consisting in the transport of people by cars, buses, minibuses or coaches meeting the minimum requirements specified in point 17 of the Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix No. 4 to SWZ) to the Marshal's Office of the Greater Poland Voivodeship in Poznań in 2026, including domestic and foreign transport (one and multi-day) - according to partial orders placed by the Ordering Party. The ordering party undertakes to use at least 60% of the contract value. The Ordering Party will be able to benefit in full from the remaining 40% of the contract value worship, depending on your needs. The Contractor will not be entitled to a claim against the Ordering Party for payment of the difference between the total, maximum gross price specified in the contract and the amount resulting from the sum of partial orders according to the attached price list tables, ordered by the Ordering Party and actually performed by the Contractor. during the term of the contract.
