Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of light fuel oil for heating purposes in an amount of 130 m3 for the needs of the Education and Upbringing Center of the OHP in Godapi from the date of conclusion of the contract until December 31, 2026. The Ordering Party envisages the purchase and delivery of fuel oil in quantities up to 130 m during the term of the contract. The indicated amount constitutes the maximum estimated demand of the Ordering Party and may be reduced depending on the actual demand, in particular on weather conditions during the heating season. Ordering party guarantees the use of at least 75% of the maximum amount, i.e. a minimum of 97.5 m of fuel oil. The Contractor is not entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party for the unused quantity exceeding 97.5 m (75% of the order value).
