Spare parts must be brand new, free from defects, complete, fully functional and not burdened rights or claims of third parties.
The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the principles and conditions described in Annex 6 to SWZ - the draft contract.
The spare parts provided will be:
a) new, from the current catalog of spare parts of the manufacturer of a given car brand,
b) original i.e. they will be the same quality as the components used to install a motor vehicle, manufactured in accordance with the specifications and production standards, determined by the manufacturer of these vehicles for the production of components or spare parts of a given motor vehicle, including spare parts manufactured on the same production line as the components of a given motor vehicle,
c) parts for the vehicles referred to in point A related to the safety of vehicle use and environmental protection should meet at least one of the following conditions:
• are marked with international approval signs used in the approval of the European Economic Commission of the United Nations (UN ECG) - "E" or the European Union - "E";
