- The subject of the order is the purchase of Pb95 fuel and diesel oil for vehicles and engine equipment at the disposal of the District Office and organizational units for 2026. Estimated demand of the Ordering Party: Gasoline 95 12,500 dm3 Diesel oil 31,500 dm3 List of organizational units indicated for joint purchase of fuels in 2026 is attached as Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. During the duration of the contract, the forecast quantities of fuel may change, which the Ordering Party has no influence on and results from the unpredictable amount of fuel consumption. 1. The quantity of fuel constituting the subject of the order is therefore only and only determining the quantity up to which the order will probably be completed, which does not mean that these quantities will be exhausted in all items, without the right to compensation for the Contractor. 2. Supplied liquid fuels must meet the quality requirements specified in the regulation of the Minister of Climate and environment of June 26, 2024 regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) and in accordance with PN-EN 590:2013-12 and the PN-EN 228:2013-04 standard. 3.
