Description:
3.1 The subject of the order is: Successive purchase of fuel in non-cash transactions: diesel oil and unleaded 95 gasoline for vehicles operated by Zakad Gospodarki Komunlnej Czernica Sp. z o. o. in Ratowice, for a period of 12 months, i.e.: 3.1.1. Regular diesel oil - quantity - 35,000 liters.3.1.2. Gas lead-free PB95 quantity - 1,500 liters.3.2. The fuel must meet the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of December 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels and the requirements of the PN-EN 590 ON and PN-EN 228 +Pb standards. In the winter, the Contractor will use diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties, in accordance with the quality requirements specified in the regulation referred to in the first sentence.3.3. The Contractor shall be fully liable for any damage caused as a result of refueling the vehicle with fuel that does not meet the requirements specified in the regulation referred to in point 3.2. In order to repair any possible damage, the contractor, after being notified in writing by the ordering party about the suspicion of poor fuel quality, will conduct complaint proceedings.3.4.
