Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive purchase of liquid fuels for vehicles and machines for Przedsiębiorstwo Usugowe Gospodarki Komunlnej sp. z o.o. in Nidzica. 2. Delivery of liquid fuels for cars and machines used by the Ordering Party in the form of cashless refueling at the Contractor's stations with the possibility of collecting fuel at other Contractor stations throughout the country. 3. Name and code of the subject of the order in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): CPV 09134100 - 8 Diesel oil 40,000 liters CPV 09132100 4 Unleaded gasoline (Pb 95) 5,500 liters CPV 09133000 0 Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) 1000 liters 4. The amounts given above refer to the estimated calculation of fuel demand over a 12-month period. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make quantitative changes in the assortment presented in the Specification, according to actual needs, while maintaining the discounts specified in the offer. 5. W in the event of a lower/higher demand for fuel during the duration of the contract in relation to the declared estimated demand for fuel in 2026, the Contractor will not make any claims for this Ordering Party.
