Description:
The subject of the order is the successive purchase of liquid fuels for vehicles, devices and equipment used by the Ordering Party, carried out in the form of cashless refueling at the Contractor's gas station. The contractor will provide refueling services 24 hours a day. The distance of the Contractor's nearest station from the Ordering Party's headquarters is no may be longer than 20 km. Fuels must meet the requirements of the Standards PN-EN ISO 4259-2, PN-EN 228+A1;2017-06 unleaded petrol, PN-EN ISO 4259-2, PN-EN590:2022-08 diesel oil - Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for fuels liquids (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018) and has quality certificates. The Contractor guarantees the proper quality of the fuel, confirmed by appropriate documents at the request of the Ordering Party. The order includes the following types and maximum quantities of liquid fuels and estimated quantities of fleet cards: 1) for the recipient - Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnych in Onie Lubuskie: 120,000 liters of diesel oil ON(B7) and 15 cards, 16,000 liters of unleaded petrol Pb-95(E10) and 4 cards, 5,000 liters of unleaded petrol Pb-98(E5) and 1 card. 2) for the recipient - Shared Services Center in Onie Lubuskie: 3,600 liters of oil n...
