Description:
4.1. The subject of the order is the non-cash purchase of diesel oil (ON) and unleaded gasoline (Pb 95) for the needs of motor vehicles and motor equipment of the Wodawa Commune and Volunteer Fire Brigade units, along with refueling vehicles and equipment at the station. Contractors.4.2. The task includes the supply of fuel in the estimated quantity: a) diesel oil (ON) in the quantity: 49,000 liters, b) Pb 95 gasoline in the quantity: 4,200 liters.4.3. The Ordering Party requires that fuels meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment in regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels of June 26, 2024 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) and compliance with the standards PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 (or equivalent) applies to diesel oil and PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06 (or equivalent) applies to unleaded gasoline, how will also be compliant with the standards and regulations specifying quality requirements amended during delivery and with the quality certificate issued by the fuel manufacturer. 4.4. During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right to random quality verification fuels, which will be made by a certified analytical laboratory.4.5.
