Description:
The subject of the order is the non-cash purchase of fuel for vehicles at the disposal of the Ordering Party and subordinate units, at the Contractor's gas station. Estimated amounts of refueling with liquid fuels, during the duration of the contract: Unleaded petrol 95 - 7,000 liters Diesel oil - 17,000 liters. The Ordering Party estimated fuel demand based on fuel purchased over a 12-month period. The quantities indicated in point are estimates, which means that the final quantity of fuel purchased under the contract may change. The Contractor is not entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party for non-performance the full quantity of the subject of the order. Minimum amount of fuel planned for implementation: unleaded petrol 95-5000 liters; diesel oil - 15,000 liters Maximum amount of fuel planned for implementation: unleaded gasoline 95-9,000 liters; diesel oil 20,000 liters, the amount of fuel given is an estimate demand during the contract period.
