- 1The purchase of liquid fuels also includes the implementation of additional supplies and services, which include highway fees, car washes fees and so -called discretionary operational purchases (using fleet, fuel cards) .3.with applicable law, i.e. the ordinance of the Minister's and Environment of June 26, 2024 on the quality requirements of liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024 item 1018). 4. The order of the contract should be remedied based on the assumptions of the assortment and price -price coecutions.Annex 2 to SWZ.5. The disposal is related to fulfill the order on the principles and conditions described in the interventory of the contract covering the proposed provisions of the contract on public contract, which will be introduced into the content of this contract (Annex 4 to SWZ).
