1. The subject of the order is a successive purchase of liquid fuels, i.e.
unleaded gasoline 98 - in an estimated (indicative) amount: 686,000 liters

and diesel oil must meet the requirements specified by the provisions of national and European law in force during the performance of the contract - incl w in particular the Act of 25 August 2006 on the system of monitoring and controlling the quality of fuel (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1209, as amended) and executive acts, including the Regulation of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of 26 June 2024 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of U. from 2024 item provides for the issue of "bearer" cards in an amount of 12 pieces.
