Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Successive purchase of liquid fuels for the needs of PCI Sp. z o. o.. 2. Description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is to award a public contract for the successive purchase of liquid fuels at gas stations for the Podkarpackie Center Innovation Sp. z o. o. in Rzeszow in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2027 or until March 31, 2028 if the Ordering Party exercises its option right. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1 to Chapter III and Annex No. 1 to Chapter II of the Specification of Conditions. Orders. 3. The contractor may submit only one offer. 4. In these proceedings, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right, which is described in Annex No. 1 to Chapter III of the SWZ. The option right order will only be triggered after the basic order has been used.
