- 1. The subject of this order is: Successive purchase of Pb95 unleaded gasoline and ON diesel oil for vehicles and equipment owned by the Municipal and Housing Management Board in 20262. The expected order volume during the contract implementation period is as follows: - unleaded gasoline Pb95 in the amount of 7,250 liters - diesel oil in the amount of 24,400 liters3. The quantities provided are estimated values, and the Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity of ordered fuels during the duration of the contract. Failure to complete the order cannot constitute the basis for financial claims by the Contractor.4. Offered Liquid fuels must meet the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) and corresponds to the parameters of the currently applicable standards: PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06 and PN-EN 590:2022-085. Refueling vehicles will be carried out successively, according to the current needs of the Ordering Party.6.
