Description:
1. The subject of the order is the periodic, non-cash purchase of liquid fuels for vehicles and equipment at the Ordering Party's disposal, carried out at gas stations in the form of fuel cards assigned to a given vehicle/equipment. (the list of equipment is attached as Appendix 5 to the SWZ). Fuel purchase will be made successively according to the needs of the Ordering Party. The Contractor is obliged to have at least one gas station where the fuel required by the Ordering Party will be available. The gas station must be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standards that fuels must meet: a) Regulations of the Minister Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680). b) Regulation of the Minister of Economy of March 25, 2010 on methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 247). c) standards PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 Fuels for vehicles automotive diesel fuels, requirements and test methods. d) standards PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06 fuels for motor vehicles, unleaded petrol, requirements and test methods.
