Description:
Successive sale and delivery of computer equipment with option rights - desktop computers and monitors for organizational units of Adam Mickiewicz University for a period of 12 months. The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex A to the SWZ.
The Ordering Party indicates that regarding the implementation of the subject of the order covered by these proceedings, provides for the option right referred to in Art. 31 section 2 and 441 of the Public Procurement Law. The option right for this order is that the Ordering Party is obliged to purchase only part of the supplies covered by this order (basic order), while regarding the remaining scope may purchase these supplies, but is not obliged to do so (optional order).
The Ordering Party indicates that the minimum scope of the order that will certainly be completed by him is determined - the basic order covers 70% of the maximum gross value of the contract.
Ordering party indicates that under the option right, it is entitled to require the Contractor to complete part of the order covered by these proceedings, covering the remaining 30% of the contract value - optional order, however, the Ordering Party is not obliged to exercise the option right (this depends solely on decision of the Ordering Party), while the Contractor is obliged to perform the optional order to the extent and within the time indicated by the Ordering Party if the Ordering Party exercises its option right. The optional order covers the remaining 30% of the contract value.
