- βOn behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for successful services involving washing and repairing work clothes for employees of the Office of Technical Inspection in Rzeszow. Scope of service: 1. The contractor is obliged to have a collection point clothing in the city of Rzeszow.2. UDT employees individually deliver and collect clothing. The service will be carried out successively, in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party.3. The service will be performed within 3 business days from the date of handing over the clothes for washing.4. Washing and maintenance will be carried out according to procedures adapted to the clothing manufacturer's recommendations. Chemicals used in the washing/cleaning process must not damage the fabric.5. Liability for any damage to work clothes resulting from improper conduct while performing the service will be was borne by the Contractor. Pursuant to the Act of June 14, 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers at the Office of Technical Inspection, internal reports regarding violations of the law may be reported: In writing: - via e-mail: dziennikista@udt.gov.pl, - by letter to the following address: Office of Technical Inspection ul.
