2. A detailed description of the subjects of the contract, the estimated quantity and requirements are presented by: price and offer forms to part 1 / 12 (Annexes No. 1 to SWZ), which is an integral part of SWZ.
3. The scope of the order includes the delivery of subjects in quantities specified
in the formsPrice and offers for part 1 / 12 (attachments No. 1 to SWZ), which are an integral part of SWZ, for the period:
-part 1 / 11 -24 months from the date of the contract;
-part 12-12 months from the date of the contract.
