- 1. The subject of the order is the successive supply of electricity to Police facilities in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. 2. The subject of the order includes successive supplies of electricity in accordance with the applicable energy quality parameters electricity established in the Energy Law of April 10, 1997, and in particular in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of March 22, 2023 on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 919). 3. The settlement period for each PPE is 1 month. Only PPE EĆk, PPE Prostki and PPE Stare Juchy are not settled 24/7. Settlements for purchased electricity should be made within one the Ordering Party's NIP number based on VAT invoices with one subaccount indicated assigned to all specified organizational units. 4. A detailed definition of the scope of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order.
