- The subject of the fall is the successive supply of vegetables and fruit in the years 2025-2026 to the orod of vision training in Popowo. The Ordering Party requires that the deliveries be made in accordance with the orderly, binding standards, appropriate quality, in a manner corresponding to the applicable regulations, in Sorcades of the Act of 25 August 2006 on the safety of food and life (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended) and executive ordinances to the thesis of the Act. Deliveries will be carried out by the appropriate transport families for the transported assortment. The deliveries are carried out to the order of the ordering, successively, as a demand is based on information provided by the contracting by the contracting by telephone or email until 15:00 in the preceding delivery or in the last work before delivery. Implementation of deliveries from 8:00 15:00 by transport and at the contractor's expense.
