Description:
1. Subject of the skewer are successive supplies of the well -building and hydraulic material for the needs of KWP in the department and its subordinate units. 2. Deliveries will be made successively during the contract. 3. The quantity and type of assortment are specified in the assortment and percentage form - Outsia No. 2.1 2.2 toSWZ (according to the part number). 4. Detailed conditions for the execution of the fall are specified in the contract template - attachment No. 5 to SWZ. 5. The quantity of the ordered range presented in the assortment and price forms, Officer No. 2.1 2.2 to SWZ, S -quantitative quantities to calculate the priceOffers, they may change during the execution of the fall, but the perverse worth delivered will not exceed the amount saved in the contract. The final amount of individual supplies will result from the actual needs of the Ordering Party and his financial Rodkw, and in the case of smaller needs,They cannot constitute grounds for claims from the contractor. 6.
