Description:
1. The order was divided into 10 parts described below. The Employer allows for partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for one or more parts of the proceedings. It is required to submit an offer for the entire subject of the contract in a given part of the procedure.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contractand the amount of assortment ordered are described in Annex 1 to SWZ (offer form) and in Annex 1 to the planned provisions of the contract separately to each part of the proceedings. The contracting authority requires the offer to offer all the requirements described in the above attachments.The method of execution of the contract was described in the planned provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex 2 to this SWZ.
3. The contract will be concluded for a period of 6 months from the date of its conclusion or until the financial resources scheduled for the execution of the order. Contractor obligedIt will be available for delivery of the subject of the contract, which will be delivered successively, within 21 business days calculated from the moment the partial order was placed.
4. The contracting authority does not require a bid bond in the said procedure and securing the due contract.
5. Orderingprovides for the application of the procedure referred to in art. 139 of the PZP Act, the so -called "Inverted procedure".
7. The permissible changes to the framework agreement are described in chapter XXI SWZ and in § 9 PPU
8. The GDPR information clause was included in the chapter I SWZ.
