The subject of the contract of this tender procedure is: successive delivery of medical apparatus and medical equipment to equip the primary care center and outpatient specialist care for the University Clinical Hospital No. 2 of the Medical Universityin Łodź, hereinafter referred to as the commodity/equipment, meeting the description and border parameters specified in the "Technical Parameters" attachment - Annex 1A to the "offer form" and in accordance with the assortment and quantities specified in the assortment and price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ, as wellAccording to the annex "Warranty and service conditions" - Annex 1B to the "offer form".
