Description:
The subject of the contract is the successive supply of medical equipment dedicated to hospital wards. The order is divided into 8 tasks. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was included in attachments from 2 to 9 to SWZ - price and technical forms
Purchase of a disposable equipment for your own by the contracting authority Nexus
The subject of the order is the purchase of a one-off equipment for the Nexus generator owned by the Ordering Party external - packaging (unit, collective)*. The packaging must include information in Polish, containing at least the following data:
- party code or product series,
- determination of the date, before which the product can be used safely, expressed in the years and months,
- CE marking,
- other markings and information required on the basis of separate provisions
Note: The validity period of the products should be at least 12 months from the date of delivery to the headquarters of the Ordering Party
