The contracting authority provides for the possibility of amending the provisions of the concluded contract (so -called contract changes based on Article 455 (1) (1) of the Act) in relation to the content of the offer, on the basis of which the contractor was selected, in accordance with the conditions contained in Annex 4 to SWZ.
