Lasts description of the subject of the skew: 1) The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of papillary oil in the number of approx. 95,000 liters (DM), including 60,000 Liter (DM) for the needs of the Municipal Economy Economy Sp.z o.o. in Muszyna and 35,000 liters (DM) for Zapoprad sp.z o.o. For a free -standing fuel tank with a capacity of 5,000 liters (DM) located in the liquid plant at ul. Lipowa 9 in Muszyna., 2) papid oil supplied by the Contractor must be adapted to the delivery period, i.e. the season and ambient temperature in summer, transition and winter, and must spend all the requirements specified in regulations and norms, in the juggle of the minister's order The economy in the case requires quality for liquid fuels and the regulation of the Minister of Economy on the methods of examining liquid fuels, while the oil offered on the day of delivery must be consistent with currently applying regulations in this respect., 3) the Ordering Employment will receive papital oil on dates and quantities adapted to their real needs.
