Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of diesel oil to tanks with a total capacity of 8,400 liters, according to the PN-EN 590 standard in an estimated amount of 321000 liters (depending on the needs of about 26750 liters a month).climate conditions during the contract. At the same time, the contracting authority informs that the minimumThe amount of diesel ordered will not be less than 130,000 liters. In case of doubt as to the quality of diesel supplied, the Employer reserves the rightperforming qualitative tests in the laboratories of your choice. Unless, the quality of fuel will not meet the requirements of the standards, all costs related to poor fuel quality will be borne by the contractor;
4.2. The Contractor should provide the data card offered with the first delivery of the offered productcontaining:
a) identification of the product and manufacturer,
b) identification of threats (fire, toxicological, ecological, etc.),
c) First aid (poisoning, contamination, etc.)
d) proceedings in the case of fire,
e) proceedings in the event of release to the environment,
