- 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of standard diesel oil (summer, transitional, winter) meeting the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015, item 1680 of October 23, 2015).2. The delivered diesel oil that is the subject of the order must meet the quality parameters specified in detail in the Act of August 25, 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024 item 1209), in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended) and the requirements of the Polish standard PN-EN 590:2022-08 or equivalent. In case of change regulations or standards, the fuel offered must comply with the amended regulations and standards.3. The Ordering Party declares that it does not conduct business activities in the field of production or trade in fuels and energy within the meaning of Art. 32 section 1 point 1 and point 4 of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (uniform text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266) [hereinafter also: energy law]. 4.
