Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel oil for the operation of motor vehicles and mechanical equipment at the disposal of GZUP Sp. z o. o. in the years 2026 2027.2. The subject of the order also includes the free delivery of a portable device to the Ordering Party for the duration of the contract a diesel oil dispensing device with a capacity of 5,000 l, equipped with a dispenser enabling refueling and indicating the amount of diesel fuel filled, and a dispenser with an automatic filler. Delivery of a diesel oil dispensing device to the Ordering Party's headquarters located in Krupy 72, 76-150 Free of charge, will take place no later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The Contractor must ensure continuous supply to the Ordering Party during the duration of the contract and guarantee a single delivery of 3,000 to 5,000 liters upon notification of such a need by telephone or electronically. Ordering Party. The Ordering Party requires that individual deliveries take place on working days from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. within 72 hours of placing the order.3.
