- The subject of the contract is successive delivery with the unloading of 280,000 liters of heating oil to the center for foreigners in Podkowa Leśna-Dębak, 05-805 Otrębusy, voivodeship Mazowieckie and 14,000 heating oil for the facility of the Office for Foreigners in Warsaw, ul. Taborowa 16, 02-699, voivodeshipMasovian. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to the specification of the terms of the contract. 1) Furniture values of oil required: density at 15 C not higher than 860 kg/m3 Furniture value not less than 42.6 MJ/kg Kinematic viscosity at 20 C not more than 6.00 mm2/sIgnition temperature not lower than 58 C Water content not larger than 200 mg/kg sulfur content not more than 0.10 % (m/m) The flow temperature not higher than 20 C residue after burning no more than 0.01 % (m/m) Fractional composition: up to 250 C distilns no more than 65 % (V/V), up to 350 C distilnsNo more than 85 % (V/V) Coking residue with 10 % distillation residues not more than 0.3 % (m/m). 2) The size of the tank intended for receiving heating oil is: 20,000 liters (center for foreigners in Podkowa Leśna-Dębak), 2,000 liters (object of the Office for Foreignersat ul.
