- The subject of the fall is successive deliveries up to 120,000 liters of lightweight oil to the cat in the n/in locations: 1. School and Preschool Complex in Kraszkowice Kraszkowice ul. Szkolna 5, 98-324 Wierzchlas, 2. School and Preschool Complex in Mierzyce Mierzyce 149, 98-324 Wierzchlasz The subject of the fall should condemn the requirements specified in PN C-96024: 2011. The resource in this postponding will apply the right option, which means that it will definitely order oil supply in guaranteed quantities. Implementation of the additional scope of the subject of the option of the optional quantity will be dependent on the needs of the Ordering Party and is his right, not obligation. Optional order may occur after the guaranteed quantity. Contractors do not ask for a claim for unrelated optional quantity.
