Description:

The subject of the fitting is the successive supply of lightweight oil for heating cells in ACC, hereinafter referred to as oil, for the Poviat Social Assistance Home in Ostrowin Ostrowina 21, 56-400 Olenica, in accordance with the specification of POCs in the assortment and price form Standing up to SWZ.3. CLOSE SOPER COLLECTION CPV: 09135100-5 OPA OPERATE. 4. The estimated amount of delivery during the contract is 300,000 liters of oil and is a size of estimates. 5. Demand determines the maximum needs of the Ordering Party. Ordering the subject of the fall. The Ordering Party intends to order at least 60% of the maximum value of the contract specified in 2 para. 1 of the contract. For not using the maximum value of the contract indicated in 2 para. 1 of the contract in the fees of the Contractor, do not ask for any claims for damages from the ordering. 6.
