Description:
The subject of this order are the successive supply of lightweight heating oil with qualitative parameters in accordance with the Polish standard PN-C-96024: 2020-12 to oil boiler rooms and mobile devices located at the training ground in Nowa Dęba and in Lipa. The subject of the basic contract isDelivery of a maximum of 210,000.00 liters of oil. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was included in the attachment to this specification of the terms of the contract - description of the subject of the contract and constitutes an integral part. The draft contract and the form are supplemented with the description of the subject of the contractdetailed valuation, which also constitute an integral part of this specification of the terms of the contract. In this procedure for the award of the award, communication between the Employer and Contractors is carried out electronically via the Purchase platform available at:https://platformazakupowa.pl/transakcja/1105066. The contractor will be bound by the submitted offer for a period of 90 days, i.e. until September 15, 2025. The offer under pain of invalidity should be prepared in Polish in electronic form, i.e. signed with a qualified electronic signature by a person/personauthorized/authorized to represent the contractor in accordance with the statutory requirements or by the appointed representative. The offer consists of:
1) offer form,
2) a detailed valuation form.
