- 1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of liquid fuels to the reservoirs of the Government Administration Service Center, i.e.

1) diesel and unleaded gasoline PB 95 must meet Qualitative requirements for liquid fuels specified in the Regulation of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of June 26, 2024. on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) and, respectively, PN-EN 228+A1: 2017-06, PN-EN 590: 2022-08/AP1: 2023-05 or equivalent.
2) implementation Deliveries will take place from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 to 14.30 not late than within 48 hours of receiving the order. Place of delivery: Fuel station of the Governmental Administration Service Center in Warsaw, ul. Powsińska 69/71.
3) deliveries should be carried out multi -chamber. The one -time minimum supply of liquid fuels is 10 m3. Such delivery may include the supply of diesel oil or the supply of unleaded gasoline PB 95, or the supply of diesel and unleaded gasoline PB 95.
4) fuel supplies will be settled at a reference temperature of 15C and on on the basis of the actual delivery of the actual delivery contained in the delivery report generated by the SiteSentinel and Petro Vend fuel tank control and measuring system at the Employer Station, having a valid exemption testimony or a re-legalization certificate ... - Documents:
