Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of engine oils and lubricants to official vehicles used by the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław.
2 manufacturers and minimum parameters specified in the offer form (Annex 1 to SWZ). The offer form (Annex 1 to SWZ) also specifies the minimum guaranteed storage period, quantity and required packaging for engine oils and vehicle lubricants service.
3. Minimal volume of supply of engine oils and lubricants for individual assortment items during the contract were given by the Ordering Party in Annex 1 to the planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU), constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
4. The order of the contract must Come from current production, which means that the date of production of offered engine oils or lubricants should not be older than 6 months, counting back from the day of delivery.
5. Employer requires that the offered engine oils and greases have a hazardous substance characteristics card or dangerous preparation.
Deliveries of the subject of the contract will be successfully carried out by the Contractor to the Magazine of Dust Materials and Lubbles Fuel Station of the Transport Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław at ul. Gen. I. Połbina 1, from Monday to Friday (z exclusion d ...
